Summer Semester 2027

NOTE: For students taking TN eCampus classes, the first day of class is May 17.

Any terms offered within the Summer Semester will be within the dates of May 10 and August 6. Dates for all parts of term are posted online at www.columbiastate.edu/refunds-drops-withdrawals . Students enrolling in TN eCampus online classes must adhere to the TN eCampus Academic Calendar posted online at https://tnecampus.org/academic-calendar . All supporting documents for an applicant must be submitted within three working days of the last day to apply. Final grades for the Summer 2027 semester will be available in myChargerNet on August 10.

Early Registration for currently enrolled students is March 15 and March 16.

Registration for Summer 2027 opens March 17 for all admitted students. Register early to ensure class availability. Times for registration assistance will be posted on the college website.

Note: * Late registration fees have been eliminated.

Priority Financial Aid Processing and Verification for Summer 2027 semester is April 23, 2027 to allow for timely processing. If financial aid forms are not complete by this date, students should be prepared to pay their tuition and fees by the payment deadline to maintain their class schedules.

Posting and disbursement dates are contingent on faculty confirming enrollment by verifying student participation in a class prior to census date. Students must attend/participate on the first day of class in order to receive disbursements according to this schedule.

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) evaluations usually occur the first business day after grades post. Students will receive email notifications of SAP violations, if applicable, to their Columbia State email between August 11-13, 2027. Immediate action may be required to file an appeal of SAP.
