Welcome to the Office of Adult Learners!
Returning to college when you are 24 or older can be challenging, confusing and intimidating. But, it can also be one of the most rewarding decisions you ever make! Check out the links below to see what sets Columbia State apart and makes returning to college as an adult such a great decision.
Connected Community of Learners
As an adult learner, you will quickly discover you are not alone! About 1/3 of the students here at Columbia State are also adult learners, so it is easy to get connected to a learning community.
With 5 campuses (Lewisburg, Lawrenceburg, Clifton, Columbia and Williamson) to meet your educational needs, we are sure you will find the location, classes and adult learner community you need to be successful. Advisors will work with you to set up individualized learning plans so that you can find the classes you need. Many of our classes are offered in a variety of formats.
