Sigma Kappa Delta, the national English honor society for two-year colleges, promotes honors excellence in English. Members enjoy writing, reading, discussion, and fellowship.  Membership is open to students who have completed one college English course and who maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher in English and other scholarship. Under the direction of Associate Professor of Music Holli Scholz, the mixed men's and women's choir performs at a variety of events each semester.

Performance Ensemble is a two-hour credit course at Columbia State Community College. The course is open to anyone who owns and can play an instrument at any level. To sign up for Performance Ensemble, register for the course MUS 1130-C01.

J.A.M. Club is the Jazz and More Club. It is a club for musicians and music lovers who want to jam out through the semester and perform 1-2 times a semester. We do music from Jazz, pop, rock, country and so much more. Students, faculty, staff and community members can join. Instruments we have had include piano, guitar, bass guitar, drums, vocal, trumpet, sax, flute, clarinet and harmonica.
