Fall Semester 2026

Dates for all parts of term are posted online at www.columbiastate.edu/refunds-drops-withdrawals . Students enrolling in TNeCampus online classes must adhere to the TNeCampus Academic Calendar posted online at https://tnecampus.org/academic-calendar . All supporting documents for application must be submitted within three working days of last day to apply. Final grades for this semester will be available in myChargerNet on December 18.

Early Registration for currently enrolled students is March 16 and March 17.

Registration for Fall 2026 opens March 18 for all admitted students. Register early to ensure class availability. Times for registration assistance will be posted on the college website.

Note: * Late registration fees have been eliminated.

Note: * The schedule adjustment provides the last date a class may be added and the last day to drop a class without a grade designation, including a “W”, appearing on the transcripts during the part of term indicated.

Priority Financial Aid Processing and Verification for Fall 2026 semester is July 10, 2026 to allow for timely processing. If financial aid forms are not complete by this date, students should be prepared to pay their tuition and fees by the payment deadline to maintain their class schedules.

Posting and disbursement dates are contingent on faculty confirming enrollment by verifying student participation in a class prior to census date. Students must attend/participate on the first day of class in order to receive disbursements according to this schedule.

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) evaluations usually occur the first business day after grades post. Students will receive email notifications of SAP violations, if applicable, to their Columbia State email between December 16-18, 2026. Immediate action may be required to file an appeal of SAP.
