Columbia State To Offer Real Estate Principles Course
(FRANKLIN, Tenn. - Sept. 21, 2016) - - - Columbia State Community College's Center for Workforce Development is offering the "Tennessee 60-Hour Real Estate Principles" course at the Williamson Campus beginning Oct. 11.
Classes will take place Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 - 9:40 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. through November 17. This course covers the 60-hour portion of the Tennessee Real Estate Commission's pre-license course requirements.
The cost of the course is $419 and includes textbooks and 6.0 continuing education credits. Registration closes Oct. 7. Limited seats are available.
The class will meet in room 221 of the Sciences Building on the Williamson Campus, located at 1228 Liberty Pike in Franklin, TN.
