Workforce Development Offers Real Estate Principles Course
Classes will take place Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 - 9:40 p.m. through May 10. This course covers the 60-hour portion of the Tennessee Real Estate Commission's pre-license course requirements.
Topics include basic real estate concepts, leaseholds and taxation, mortgage finance, contracts, closings and Tennessee.
The cost for this course is $350 and includes textbooks and 6.0 continuing education units. Registration closes March 11, so register now. Limited seats are available.
The class will meet in Room 123 of the Waymon L. Hickman Building on the Columbia Campus, located at 1665 Hampshire Pike.
