CWD Offers Basic Life Support Course in Franklin
The course is designed to provide a wide variety of health care professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an automated external defibrillator and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.
Individuals will complete the cognitive and skill evaluation in accordance with the American Heart Association curriculum. Students will work with anatomical human models, known as medical simulation manikins.
The class will take place Dec. 5 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. in Room Y101 of the Williamson Campus.
The course fee is $57. Space is limited, so register today.
