(Franklin, TN - June 27, 2011) - - - Columbia State's Center for Economic and Workforce Development is offering several non-credit courses during the month of July covering a variety of topics.

Introduction to Quickbooks 2010 - In this course students learn about working with customer transactions, vendor transactions, banking with Quickbooks, and creating a company.

The class will take place at the Williamson County campus, room 107, at 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on July 8. The fee of $129 includes the textbook and all supplies.

Intermediate Quickbooks 2010 - Students will learn about dealing with physical inventory, selling inventory items, using Quickbooks for payroll, working with balance sheet accounts, and using classes and dealing with errors, refunds and NSF checks.

The class will take place at the Williamson County campus, room 107, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., on July 22. The fee of $129 includes the textbook and all supplies.
