Headden Wins Lewisburg Leadership Award
Health Sciences Student and Phi Theta Kappa Member Earns Honor
The Lewisburg Campus of Columbia State honored student Caryn Headden with the Leadership Award.
The daughter of Troy Headden of Lewisburg and Dana Hall of Virginia Beach, is currently a second year student working on a dual major. Upon graduation in December, she plans to transfer and complete a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Information or Radiology Technology.
Headden is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and is currently a James R. Moon scholarship recipient. She is a part-time employee of the College, working as a computer lab monitor at the Lewisburg Campus. Headden has been an active member of the students activities committee and is a youth group member at her church where she has participated in mission trips, and as a church camp counselor. She has been a member of the local community choir and was an award winning member of the Marshall County High School concert choir.
