Columbia State Now Offering After Hours Assistance
Office of Evening and Community Services Now Open
Students at Columbia State Community College can now get assistance with admissions, advising, registration, financial aid, and business services after traditional office hours. Columbia State Community College's Office of Evening and Community Services is now open.
"We are excited for the opportunity to help students by offering services in the evening that they would not have previously had access to after normal business hours," said Monteia Moore, director of Evening and Community Services at Columbia State. "We look forward to meeting evening students and hopefully, making their lives a bit less complicated as they will be able to take care of a number of services after completing their work day."
Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:45 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. "Students can come to the Evening and Community Services office for assistance when the other offices are closed for the day," said Moore.
In addition, the office of Evening and Community Services will sell tickets for Columbia State's Performance Series. The ticket office is open from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and closes at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Performance Series tickets go on sale starting Tuesday, August 25.
The Office of Evening and Community Services is located in the Waymon L. Hickman Building on the Columbia Campus in room 103.
