CLASS OF 2012 NURSING GRADS DEDICATE TREE PLANTING TO FACULTY

(COLUMBIA, Tenn. - April 19, 2012) - - -

Photo Caption (Nursing Tree Dedication): The 2012 graduating class of nursing students dedicated a white dogwood sapling to the nursing faculty Thursday, April 19. Director of Nursing, Barb Blum, said, "The nursing department greatly appreciates the thoughtfulness of the graduating class." The tree purchased by the graduating class is dedicated to the commitment of the nursing faculty in their guidance and knowledge of future nurses. The nursing graduates will have their pinning ceremony Friday, May 4 at 6:30 p.m. and will graduate Saturday, May 5 at 10 a.m. Both events will take place in the W.J. "Billy" Webster Athletic Center on the Columbia campus at 1665 Hampshire Pike.
