Advising Sessions Coming Soon
If you need assistance with your fall schedule, Columbia State wants to help! August 10 through August 13, Columbia State's advising office will host a series of Registration Sessions to help students get the best possible schedules for the fall semester.
Registration Sessions in Columbia will begin on August 11 and 13 at 9:00 a.m. and will end at 12:00 p.m. Afternoon sessions will be available on those days at 1:00 p.m. and will close at 4:00 p.m. The sessions will be held in Warf 237 and in the Cyber Center in the Jones Student Center.
Sessions will also be held at the Williamson County Campus in Franklin on August 10 and 12, beginning at 1:00 p.m. and ending at 4:00 p.m. Those sessions will be held in the Academic Success Center lab at the Franklin campus.
Appointments are preferred but not necessary. Walk-ins may expect a wait for access to lab computers but are welcome to attend. To schedule an appointment or for additional information, call (931) 540-2575.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SUMMER/FALL 2009 REGISTRATION:
1. When visiting the Columbia Campus, all Admissions, Financial Aid, Records, Registration and other Student Services offices are located in the Jones Student Center, behind the Pryor Administration Building.
2. REGISTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! We're currently anticipating a large increase in enrollment for Fall 2009. To meet your course needs, new and returning students are encouraged to register early!

3. All full-time, degree-seeking students who registered for the first time in Spring 2009, will be unable to register for Summer 2009 and/or Fall 2009 until they have met with their faculty advisor. To find your advisor, log into myCN, click on the "Student" tab and click on "My Advisor."
4. When registering for Summer and Fall 2009, be advised that there are new course section and location codes.
