Summer 2020 Student Resources

All summer classes and services are in a virtual format, including online workforce training opportunities. Faculty and staff are available by email and phone. College campuses are not accessible except for approved appointments and labs.

Accessing Campus Protocol
Guidelines for accessing Columbia State campuses during the summer.
  • Bring a mask and wear it at all times while on campus.
  • Practice social distancing at all times while on campus.
  • Only enter approved areas. 
  • Do not bring guests on campus.
  • Do not open doors to allow others to enter the building.
  • Do not congregate in common areas with other students or faculty.
  • Report any personal illness or potential exposure to COVID-19 to college staff supervising the lab.

computer lab Computer Lab Access Students will have limited access (by appointment only) to computers on each campus. Students must make appointments via EAB Navigate by selecting the campus and an available time on that campus. Times & Locations
online tutoring available for students Zoom and Online Tutoring Free, real-time, online tutoring is available 24/7 through Smarthinking. Zoom tutoring, facilitated by Columbia State's full-time TLC staff and adjunct faculty, will be available during the summer semester. Online Tutoring
Testing Services
Limited testing services are available by appointment only at the Columbia Campus. Students/clients must comply with CDC guidelines outlined in Columbia State's COVID-19 Plan.

You are not required to make an appointment with your assigned advisor. However, you should make an appointment with an advisor from the appropriate academic division.
